I built Queens Rental Connect after seeing how much friction sits between landlords who'd gladly take a voucher and renters who can't find one that will. Affiliated with RE/MAX City Square, I work rental assistance placements across Queens, Brooklyn, and Nassau — and I handle the paperwork so you don't have to.

Does it cost renters anything?
No. We never charge a fee to voucher-holding or general renters, consistent with New York's FARE Act.
What voucher types do you work with?
CityFHEPS, Section 8 (HCV), and other NYC rental assistance programs. Not sure what you qualify for? We'll help you figure it out.
How fast is landlord payment?
Once a lease and inspection are approved, rent is paid monthly and directly by the program — guaranteed for the term of the voucher.
